Ultra-clean system

BSC aligns with the highest international standards by equipping its fillers with electronic dosing technology — flowmeter technology. Combined with the continuous hydraulic development of its filling valves, it delivers optimum machine performance.

The system is considered ultra-clean because it has no moving parts or hard-to-reach areas and is self-draining. It resolves machine contamination issues and allows fast, effective cleaning, saving time and washing liquid.

Today the key element of any filler, linear or rotary, is the filling valve: it is chiefly responsible for correct and hygienic filling.

The ultra-clean system used in BSC fillers allows accurate filling without the valve touching the container, ruling out any possibility of contamination and ensuring maximum cleanliness.

A further advantage is the hydraulic design without dead zones, which prevents bacterial colonies from developing. After sanitising, the circuit can be sterilised with steam or superheated water at 150 °C for up to 60 minutes (CIP/SIP).

The effectiveness of the system also significantly reduces the time needed to change product and clean the machine — even between very different products — because the hydraulic circuit does not need dismantling and washing is controlled automatically.
