Linear filling machines
Precision, engineered into every machine.
BSC's automatic linear filling machine is a liquid filler for packaging everything from bottles to 20-litre jerrycans with flowmeter-grade accuracy. It works as a volumetric or mass dosing filler, with no storage tank, and handles foaming, viscous, corrosive and flammable products. It is the core of filling lines for agrochemicals, paints, detergents and chemicals.

Full Line filler
- Available with 4, 6 or 8 filling nozzles.
- Output in 1-litre containers: 2,000, 3,000 or 4,000 bottles/hour depending on the nozzle count.
- Output in 20-litre containers: 600, 900 or 1,200 containers/hour.
- Industry 4.0: production reports exported over USB in .XLS format.
- Motorised automatic column height adjustment, with the value stored per recipe.
- 10" touch-screen HMI, with Schneider Electric PLC and electronic components.
- Tempered-glass guard doors with open/close sensor to prevent entrapment.

Eco Line filler
- Available with 2 or 4 filling nozzles.
- Output in 1-litre containers: 1,000 or 2,000 bottles/hour.
- Output in 20-litre containers: 300 or 600 containers/hour.
- 7" touch-screen HMI, with Schneider Electric PLC and electronic components.
- Manual column height adjustment, with a rotary handwheel.
- Tempered-glass guard doors with open/close sensor to prevent entrapment.

Modular Line filler
- Available with 1 or 2 filling nozzles.
- Output in 1-litre containers: 500 or 1,000 bottles/hour.
- Output in 20-litre containers: 150 or 300 containers/hour.
- 7" touch-screen HMI, with Kinco PLC and electronic components.
- Manual column height adjustment, with a rotary handwheel.
- Optional manual capper with torque adjustment.

Filler for corrosive products
- Purpose-built for corrosive liquids.
- Measurement with an Endress+Hauser electromagnetic flowmeter.
- Shares the Modular Series base: up to 2 filling nozzles.
- Optional manual capper with torque adjustment.
Filling range and tolerance
| Filling range | Tolerance |
|---|---|
| 1-litre containers | ± 0.2 % = ± 2 grams |
| 5-litre containers | ± 0.1 % = ± 5 grams |
| 20-litre containers | ± 0.03 % = ± 6 grams |
Suitable for
Foaming, viscous, corrosive, abrasive, flammable and flowable products, including liquids with solid particles in suspension.
Example products
Mineral oils, paints, isocyanates and solvents, glues and adhesives, waxes, fertilizers, herbicides, seed treatment products, automotive products, detergents and bleach.
Container formats
Bottles, cans, pails and jerrycans from 500 ml up to 20 litres. Dual-chamber containers (1+1) can be filled with different products by installing two parallel filling circuits.
Variants
- Optional ATEX version.
- L-Mag — volumetric dosing flowmeter (electromagnetic).
- L-Mass — mass dosing flowmeter (Coriolis effect).
Technical specifications
- Measuring technology: Endress+Hauser digital flowmeter (electromagnetic or Coriolis mass, depending on the model).
- Product-contact parts in AISI 316L stainless steel.
- AISI 304 structural tube frame; folded AISI 304 sheet frame doors.
- CIP / SIP cleaning with a self-draining system and an automatic wash programme, with no need to dismantle any part of the machine.
- Fluid transport pipework welded with Orbital Welding TIG technology, argon-backed inside and out.
- Valves with anti-drip system and side transfer system.

Frequently asked questions
What container types and volumes can it fill?+
Everything from bottles to 20-litre jerrycans (0.5 to 20 L range). The same machine changes format by recipe, with no need to swap mechanical parts in the valve.
What filling accuracy does it offer?+
Flowmeter-grade accuracy: ± 0.2 % in 1-litre containers, ± 0.1 % in 5 litres and ± 0.03 % in 20 litres. It works as a volumetric (electromagnetic flowmeter) or mass (Coriolis) dosing filler, with no storage tank.
What output can it reach?+
Depending on the series and nozzle count: the Full Line (up to 8 valves) reaches 4,000 bottles/hour in 1 litre and 1,200 containers/hour in 20 litres; the Eco and Modular lines cover lower volumes.
Which products can it package?+
Foaming, viscous, corrosive, flammable and abrasive products, and liquids with solid particles in suspension. It is the core of filling lines for agrochemicals, paints, detergents and chemicals.
What materials is it built from?+
AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel frame, with product-contact parts selected for each application: AISI 316, PVC, titanium and EPDM, Viton or PTFE seals. Optional ATEX version for flammable atmospheres.
