We design and manufacture filling machines with digital flowmeters and an ultra-clean system. Their defining feature is high filling accuracy combined with versatility across containers and products: a single machine can fill several formats and handle very different liquids, with the shortest possible changeover and minimal washing requirements.
Electronic flowmeters remove the need for a storage tank: the product travels from a pump to the filling valve through closed piping that prevents oxidation.
The effectiveness of the system cuts product changeover and machine cleaning down to a few minutes. The hydraulic circuit does not need to be dismantled and the washing operation is controlled automatically.
Our filling valves are hydraulically designed with dosing nozzles that produce a turbulence-free jet and minimise foaming. The ultra-clean system fills accurately without the valve touching the container, eliminating any possibility of contamination. Its hydraulic design without dead zones also prevents bacterial growth.

Yes. The LA MAGC Series is a filler purpose-built for corrosive liquids, measured with an Endress+Hauser electromagnetic flowmeter.
What materials ensure chemical resistance?+
Product-contact parts in AISI 316L stainless steel and an AISI 304 frame. Depending on the product, PVC, titanium and EPDM, Viton or PTFE seals are also used to ensure compatibility.
How is a machine for corrosive products cleaned?+
With a self-draining CIP/SIP system and an automatic wash programme, with no need to dismantle any part of the machine.
Can it work in flammable or hazardous atmospheres?+
