Testing bench

Our testing laboratory is equipped with a filling station available to customers who want to test their products.

Real filling conditions are simulated in the laboratory, with the option of trying different dosing nozzles and analysing how the product behaves. A video recording is also provided, with the figures that prove the productivity of the system before deciding on the purchase of a machine.

From the very beginning BSC Argentina has encouraged the development and testing of new technical solutions and applications. This work allows us to build hydraulically designed filling valves with laminar-flow dosing nozzles, producing a turbulence-free jet with minimal foaming and optimising machine output.

We continuously update and adapt flowmeter filling technology to our customers’ needs, according to the type of product or container to be filled, delivering the highest working accuracy and extreme operational flexibility.
