Ultra clean system

BSC is aligned to the international market of the highest level using for its fillers the electronic dosing technology, “flowmeters technology”. This technology, combined with the permanent hydraulic development of its filling valves, allows an optimal performance of its filling machines.

The system is considered ULTRA CLEAN because by not having moving parts, areas of difficult access and being self-draining, it solves the problems of contamination of the machine allowing a quick and effective cleaning, saving time and washing liquid.

Currently, the main element of any type of filler, whether linear or rotary, is the filling valve. She is primarily responsible for ensuring a correct and hygienic filling.

The ultra-clean system used in BSC fillers allows precise filling without the filling valve touching the container, thus avoiding any possibility of contamination and ensuring maximum cleaning.

Another advantage of the system is its hydraulic design without dead zones that prevent the proliferation of bacterial colonies. It can be sterilized after sanitizing, with steam or superheated water at 150oC for a maximum of 60 minutes (CIP/SIP), and the effectiveness of the system significantly reduces the time required for product changeover and equipment cleaning even for very different products, because the parts of the hydraulic circuit do not have to be disassembled and the washing operation is automatically controlled.
